Beseme Mucho
If you want to know the single song I do not want to hear from groups playing and singing on the beach in Puerto Vallarta, it is "Beseme Mucho." Might be a good song but I have never cared for it and it gets sung a lot down here. On the other hand, "kiss me a lot" is beginning to have actual meaning. As I approach 80 I see that there's not been much kissing in the last forty plus years of my life. Judging from the "regency romances" and "romantic mysteries" I read, it is still in fashion. I've never been "anti" kissing, just not involved much. And didn't really know it was missing in my life. There are likely entire years where nobody kissed me. I'm also not known for being touchy feely and have been teased about my Scandinavian heritage more then once. I am learning.
